Last night, Mr. H and I had our farewell dinner at Evita's Botanitas in far South Austin. This restaurant has been around forever, but we didn't discover it until 2 weeks ago. As I was chowing down on my delicious enchiladas mole and lamenting the close of our new favorite neighborhood joint, I asked Mr. H, "Is it better to love and lose than to never love at all?"
About enchiladas.
Yes, they are that good.
